Concordia Computer (“Concordia,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a planned multi-gigawatt supercomputer of Labs Companies, Inc., a Delaware corporation headquartered in Santa Monica, California (“Labs”), operated as a standalone supercomputer lab and designed, built, and integrated with the combined capabilities of Labsintuition, the operating lab and systems integrator for Physical Intelligence.
This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through concordia.computer (the “Site”), how we use it, when we share it, and the choices available to you. It supplements the master privacy practices of Labs Companies, Inc. published at labscompanies.ai/privacy. Where this policy and the master policy differ with respect to this Site, this policy governs.
This policy applies only to information collected through the Site. It does not apply to other Labs websites, products, or services, each of which carries its own notice, and it does not apply to information you provide to us offline or through channels other than the Site unless we say so at the time of collection.
The Site is informational and does not require an account. If you contact us — for example by writing to an address published on the Site — we receive whatever you choose to include, such as your name, email address, organization, and the contents of your message.
When you visit the Site, we and our first-party analytics collect certain information automatically, including:
The Site includes interactive three-dimensional visualizations of the planned Concordia campus, facilities, hardware, and silicon. These render locally in your browser using your device's graphics capability. They do not transmit camera positions, interactions, or any other data about your use of them back to us beyond the ordinary analytics described in Section 5.
The Site uses a minimal set of browser-storage technologies. We do not operate advertising cookies or third-party advertising trackers. We may use strictly-necessary storage and first-party analytics identifiers as described in Section 5. You can control cookies and site data through your browser settings; disabling storage will not prevent you from reading the Site.

We do not use information collected through the Site to serve targeted advertising, and we do not sell it.
The Site uses Labslytics, Labs' own first-party analytics system, to measure aggregate usage. Labslytics is operated by Labs — not by a third-party advertising company — and the data it collects (pages viewed, referrers, approximate location derived from IP, device characteristics, and interaction events) is used for the purposes described in Section 4 and is not shared with advertisers or data brokers.
We share information only in the following circumstances:
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share personal information with third parties for cross-context behavioral advertising.
We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy. Server logs and analytics records are retained on rolling schedules and then deleted or aggregated. Correspondence is retained as long as needed to address the inquiry and maintain business records. We may retain information longer where required by law or reasonably necessary to resolve disputes or enforce agreements.
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction — including transport-layer encryption (HTTPS) across the Site, access controls on our infrastructure, and monitoring. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
The Site is operated from the United States, and information is processed and stored on servers located in the United States. If you visit from outside the United States, you understand that your information will be transferred to, processed, and stored in the United States, where data-protection laws may differ from those of your jurisdiction. Where required, we rely on appropriate legal mechanisms for such transfers.
You may contact us at any time to ask what information we hold about you, to request correction or deletion, or to object to a particular use. We will respond within a reasonable period and in accordance with applicable law.
If you are located in the EEA, the UK, or another jurisdiction with comparable data-protection law, you may have rights to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or object to the processing of your personal data, the right to data portability, and the right to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority. Our legal bases for processing are legitimate interests (operating and securing the Site, measuring aggregate usage), performance of steps you request (responding to your correspondence), and compliance with legal obligations.
If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CCPA/CPRA), gives you rights to know, access, correct, and delete personal information, and the right not to receive discriminatory treatment for exercising those rights. In the preceding 12 months we have collected the categories described in Section 3 (identifiers, internet activity, and approximate geolocation) for the purposes in Section 4. We do not sell personal information and do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, so no opt-out is required. To exercise your rights, contact us as described in Section 14.
Because the Site does not track visitors across third-party websites and does not sell or share personal information for advertising, its behavior does not change in response to Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signals — the protections those signals request are already the default here.
The Site is a general-audience informational site and is not directed to children under 13 (or the higher age required in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us and we will delete it.
The Site links to other Labs properties (such as labscompanies.ai and labsintuition.com) and may link to third-party websites. Those sites have their own privacy practices, and this policy does not apply to them.
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above and, for material changes, provide additional prominent notice on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
